Obama: Other Leaders Dye Their Hair, Not Me
President Barack Obama joked about his graying hair on Friday when he was asked a question at a town hall in Malaysia.
The individual asked Obama what he wanted to see from young people after he exits office and begins to grow old.
“Well the first thing I want from young people is to stop calling me old,” he laughed.
He described how his hair began to gray after he took office in 2009.
“I will tell you I don’t dye my hair, and a lot of my fellow leaders do,” he said. “I’m just saying. I won’t say who — but their barbers know. Their hairdressers.”
His jab was a subtle shot at Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, as both of those candidates are often questioned about the realness of their hair.
