Cruz Trounces Trump in Kansas

Ted Cruz managed to score a victory in Kansas on Saturday, snatching the primary from Donald Trump.

Cruz secured 48.2 percent of the vote to Trump’s 23.3 percent.

The Hill reports:

Cruz’s victory in the first of four GOP contests on Saturday is an early hit to Trump.

On Super Tuesday, the Texas senator walked away with wins in his home state along with Oklahoma and Alaska, and he took Iowa last month.

Republicans will also vote in primaries and caucuses in Louisiana, Kentucky and Maine on Saturday.
