Clinton Ahead Among Latino Voters by 62 Percent
The latest poll by NBC News/WSJ/Telemundo, has revealed that Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump by 62 percent when it comes to Latino voters.
The Hill reports:
Seventy-six percent of the 300 register Latino voters surveyed back Hillary Clinton, the presumptive Democratic nominee, while 14 percent said they support Trump.
A majority – 63 percent – describe themselves as “pessimistic and worried” about Trump and 82 percent said they have an unfavorable view of the candidate. Just 11 percent said they have a positive view of the businessman. An additional 20 percent said they’re “uncertain and wondering” about his ability to do the job of president.
Clinton’s favorability rating with Latinos is 64 percent positive, 25 percent negative.
The poll was conducted in English and in Spanish July 9-13 and has a margin of error of 5.66 percent.
Clinton leads Trump by 4 points in an ABC News/Washington Post poll released Sunday morning. She had the support of 46 percent of voters in an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll released Sunday morning, compared to 41 percent for Trump.
