Pat Robertson: Grandparents Should Take Grandkids Away From Atheist Parents and Enroll Them in Christian Schools

On Monday’s episode of the 700 Club, host Pat Robertson suggested that grandparents should find a way to send their grandchildren to religious schools if their parents are atheists.

A viewer named Elizabeth emailed Robertson, writing, “Pat, I am very concerned because this past weekend my 6-year-old grandson said his dad told him God and Jesus were not real and were just made up to scare people about dying.”

Elizabeth says she attempted to “explain the truth” to the boy but he wouldn’t listen.

“I’m worried for my grandson’s soul,” she said.

“You should be,” Robertson replied. “If there’s any way you can get that child away from that… His father telling him that. I don’t know, but if there’s any way you can get him enrolled in a Christian school or get him into some, you know, they have daily vacation Bible school and things. There’s all kinds of things you could do to kind of get him into some positive influences.”

When is this old man going to learn to shut his mouth and stay out of other people’s business? Now he’s causing strife in families. This senile idiot stirs up more stupidity than should be allowed. It’s time for him to get off television for good.

    Dear Pat,

My Grandparents are Athiests, my parents are Athiests. My children are Athiests. My Grandchildren are Athiests.

If you give me $10,000,000.00 I’ll come live with you until you’re dead.

That will be pretty soon, right?
