Megachurch Pastor: History Will Cast Obama, Pro-Choice Advocates As Perpetrators of Genocide
A conservative megachurch pastor has declared that when abortion is inevitably made illegal, future generations will tour abortion clinics like we tour Auschwitz today and judge those opposed to traditional, pro-life values harshly for their part in genocide and the destruction of America.
In an interview published in the Daily Caller, James L. Garlow, pastor of Skyline church, explained Obama’s part in killing the unborn.
“Among other things, this man has done more to harm life, and to harm the institution of marriage and the family than any other president ever,” the evangelical leader said. “People point out that he has a model marriage, and he’s a wonderful father. He may well be. And if so, I applaud that. But when he came out on that occasion opposing traditional marriage — one man, one woman — he did a catastrophic blow to America.”
He also added that history will look back in horror at Obama and those that allow abortions to be kept legal for so long.
“History is going to be very kind to those of us who stood for babies in the womb because the evidence is swinging so far in our direction,” the pastor stressed. “I hate to think how people are going to be cast by history itself when they realize [what an atrocity abortions are].”
The pastor also noted that like those that tour concentrations camps today, future generations will ask tough questions of the those from the past.
“How could this happen? Where were people? How could the church be silent? That’s what we’re going to say,” he continued. “Sometime there are going to be tours in the future through abortuaries — the killing centers of America — and say, ‘Where was the church? Where were you grandpa when this was going on? Were you silent?’”
He then concluded that only those who uphold traditional values and pro-life causes will escape history’s wrath.
“History is going to be very kind for those who stood for one man, one woman marriage — which history has for 5,000 years until we suddenly had this epiphany, we don’t need a mom and dad anymore — and history is going to be very kind for those who tried to protect babies, innocent babies in the womb,” the megachurch pastor demanded, instructing it is because of this very reason that pastors have an obligation to keep politics and a pro-life, anti- LGBT agenda in the pulpits each Sunday.
