Ask Jessa Duggar: The Holocaust is Just Like Abortion

The Duggar clan was in Washington DC over the weekend for a stop at the Values Voters Summit. Apparently the group also made a stop at the United States Holocaust Museum, because 21-year-old Jessa, the homeschooled her whole life daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle, took to Instagram to express her unique take on the Holocaust and its cause.

Jessa was moved by the exhibits revealing the atrocities endured by millions of Jews and others who found themselves on the wrong side of the Nazi regime.

“I walked through the Holocaust Museum again today,” she wrote in post on Instagram, “very sobering. Millions of innocents denied the most basic and fundamental of all rights–their right to life. One human destroying the life of another deemed ‘less than human.”

As it turns out, she is not only using suspiciously pro-life talk to discuss the Holocaust she is actually compared the Shoah to abortion.

“So they’re murdered,” she wrote somehow seeming to miss the Jews, the Romani and the gays who died in her list of ‘innocents’ “Slaughtered. Kids with Down syndrome or other disabilities. The sickly. The elderly. The sanctity of human life varies not in sickness or health, poverty or wealth, elderly or pre-born.

Leaving no doubt that her real concern is abortion in America today, she adds this mini-sermon to her generation:

“May we never sit idly by and allow such an atrocity to happen again. Not this generation. We must be a voice for those who cannot speak up for themselves. Because EVERY LIFE IS PRECIOUS. #ProLife”

Of course, Jessa cannot be completely blamed for her remarks. She is only repeating what her parents have taught her.

“A couple of weeks after we went to the Holocaust Museum it dawned on us that there is a Holocaust taking place right here in America! More than 56 million lives have been destroyed in our country! That is over 4000 babies being killed and 4000 women being wounded each day,” the Duggars  wrote last year after their own trip to the the memorial museum.
