Ann Coulter Slams Nancy Pelosi For Decrying That GOP Disrespect Women
Ann Coulter joins Fox News to discussed Nancy Pelosi’s remark that the Republicans have disrespect for women. Coulter finds the claim odd because Martin Bashir was recently forced to resign after making the remark that someone should defecate in the mouth of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.
A clip shows Pelosi using the word disrespect to describe the treatment of women. “One word, disrespect. Disrespect for the role that women have in terms of exercising their judgment about their responsibility. Disrespect the women in the workplace by not passing equal pay for equal work pay equity, without raising the minimum wage. Sixty-two percent of the people who make the minimum wage are women. Without valuing the time of women with pay six leave,” said Pelosi.
Coulter called the recent seminars that the GOP candidates have to engage and communicate with women a “little bit dorky.”
Carlson asked Coulter, “Isn’t that the perfect Republican solution?” He agreed, “It’s sweet but dorky.”
Coulter added, “Republicans don’t have a problem with women, as I’m sure you guys know but the audience may not. They have a problem with unmarried women.” She continued, “Who think, no, we don’t need national defense, we need our birth control paid for. Why? Because single women look at the government as their husbands.”
